So, i've decided that the weather changes everywhere. Sounds obvious, right? Well, apparently most people don't realize that, because they like to say "If you don't like the weather here, wait a day," as if it's only true THERE, where THEY live.
You may remember my recent post with a forecast of 70-80 degree sunny weather. Last Wednesday night it snowed and Thursday morning we woke up to a couple inches of snow outside. A nice welcome to Arizona for Ryan's sister, Michelle and family, Rob, Luke and Abby! (They were really glad to spend the weekend down in Phoenix, the climate everyone thinks is Arizona-wide, where it felt like Chicago/Ohio's mid-summer at 85 degrees.)
So, after a cold, but great visit last week by family and a nice weekend sitting by the pool, thanks to Phoenix's spring weather, and Michelle's friend Shari's hospitality, we are back home. Ready to get back on our bikes and continue our pursuit of The Next Step in our lives.
