Happy Birthday Ryan!

Today, instead of his usual request for carrot cake, I'm making Creme Brulee for Ryan's birthday. It is, in fact, not that hard to make, and I'm borrowing the torch from Julie to brown the sugar on top. Mmmm.

[Speaking of torches, I will be lighting up my acetylene torch this evening for the second time at my Silversmith class! Last year, Julie and I took Navajo Moccasin Making at Dine College, and this year we're taking silversmithing! We've already started our first bracelet and I think I'm really going to enjoy it. I'll try to get some pictures this semester, since I did not do that during the moccasin class.]
