Fun with a 'stache

We got back last night from a great weekend in Durango and Silverton, Colorado.  We headed up there to cheer on Julie and friends, who rode for a third year in a row in the Iron Horse Bicycle Classic.  Ryan and I did it the last two years, but I wasn't much in the mood for carrying an extra person up and over the mountain ;) and Ryan also opted for ringing of the cowbell instead of riding.   It was a really fun and relaxing weekend with lots of friends from around the country, beautiful weather, an awesome rental house in Silverton, a high mountain hike, a visit to a great local rum distillery where amazingly delicious beverages were had by all (I promise, mine was virgin and still scrumptious!), and fun with stick-on moustaches...

This may have been one of our last vacation trips sans kiddos for awhile, so we were happy to take advantage of it.  I'm luckily still feeling great, despite the occasional kicks to my ribs and bladder as the fig is running shorter and shorter on space.  Latest appointment went well and everything seems to be on track.  Baby S has also had a few cases of the hiccups, including one the other night while were hanging out a bar in Silverton...Ryan proudly declared "Baby's first hiccups in a bar!" I'm 32 weeks along, which means just 8 weeks left (or really anywhere from 6-10 if all goes well!) and that is an exciting but also slightly frightening prospect!

Most people love a pregnant woman. But EVERYONE loves a pregnant woman with facial hair and a cold one in her hand. :-)
