"Happy Birthday" (or literally: "Your birthday came around again")
This month includes lots of our friends' birthdays including Christina, Jen, Missy, Julie's yesterday, Brian, Jeff, Mark, Ben, at least four of Ryan's extended family...and Ryan's on February 1st (am I missing anyone else's January birthdays?!). Now we also have a new birthday to add to the list! Friends Melanie and Sam from Kayenta, had their first child, daughter Abigail Masayo, who was born on January 5th. Happy Birthday to you all and a special Happy Birthday to Abigail and congratulations to Melanie and Sam!
Julie's co-worker Terry has a video posted on YouTube in which he sings the Happy Birthday song in Navajo. She's got the video posted on her blog - check it out! I expect you to learn the Navajo version and sing it at the next birthday party you go to...
