We got them, we finally got them!
We got three different varieties from our friends in Chinle that had 3 too many, and they've already provided lots of eggs, about 2 per day between the three of them, lots of entertainment, and lots of chicken poop!
The Australorp (i think that's what she is) is named Jive Chicken, and the brown one [I know crass, but there's a reason] is Mulva. We actually haven't come up with a name for the Barred Rock one.

I want chickens! Nora had chickens in Poncho and Markus' neighbors have chickens in Twist. I would like chickens so I don't have to buy eggs any more!
